Product Return Policy
Products purchased from Snoopytails.com can be returned under specific conditions. It is essential to verify the return eligibility of a product by reviewing its details on the product page before placing an order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition as received, unused or unworn, and must include the original tags and packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return request.
Certain products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. These include food and treats, bedding, mats, travel supplies, cat litter, health and wellness products, grooming supplies, bowls, feeders, and toys. Products sold as part of a combo, such as multiple packets in a set, are not eligible for partial returns, refunds, or exchanges if only a portion of the items remains unopened.

Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon receipt and notify us within ten days of any issues, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or if an item is lost during transit. Cancellation Policy

Snoopytails.com reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If an order is canceled by us, customers will be informed via email or SMS. Orders exceeding the standard consumption limits for individuals or those suspected of being placed for non-personal use may also be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method used during purchase. Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The credited amount may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account, depending on the payment gateway and banking processes. All payments processed through Razorpay are subject to their terms and policies.
